Our friendly, knowledgeable staff works hard to make your visits to our office as smooth as possible. We've provided information you may need about our office on this page to help you better understand our office operations.

ALL VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Our telephones are answered 24 hours a day.  Our staff is happy to answer all your questions during regular business hours.  Questions for our physicians will be answered on breaks or between patients, though emergencies will be answered immediately.

After hours, our doctors are available for urgent matters by calling through our answering service.  Normally we are able to answer your calls within one hour.  In the rare situation in which you have not heard from the on-call physician within an hour, please call the answering service again.  For true emergencies, please call 911.

Inclement Weather Policy

At Valley Pediatrics, our goal is to remain open during normal business hours. We will make our best effort to keep our offices open during inclement weather. In the unlikely event that we are forced to close the offices, one of our physicians will always be available to you by phone.

Appointments

Valley Pediatric Associates takes pride in offering a range of providers and appointment times to help meet your schedule. Please call our office to schedule any appointments and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Sick Visits - Children are prone to illness several times a year, and we are always available to see them. Please call early in the day if you think your child will need to be seen. We can accommodate a sick child within a few hours of your call, though emergency visits will be seen immediately. For true emergencies please call 911.

Well Visits - The physicians of Valley Pediatrics are here to provide comprehensive care from birth through age 21. Routine well visits are important to monitor your child’s growth, development, and well-being.

Our routine visit includes a complete physical exam, all growth parameters, urinalysis, hemoglobin, vision and hearing screenings, physical exam, and developmental assessment. Please see the link on the left-hand side of the Home Page for a schedule of Well Visits and Vaccinations.

Please try to schedule well visits several weeks in advance, especially during busy summer months. Infants take priority in scheduling and will always be accommodated. You may schedule your child’s well visit with the physician of your choice.
